首钢某钢渣产线工艺流程技术改造

摘要 首钢某钢渣磨选产线因板框压滤机生产存在滤板跑料、卸料不干净等问题不能达到设计产能。经现场取样及调查研究,板框压滤机的生产问题因给料粒度过粗所致,现场依据工艺布置情况,对给入浓密机的矿浆进行隔粗作业,隔粗作业段工艺设备使用旋流器+脱水筛组合套机,技术改造投资估算为70.14万元。通过技改,磨选作业段小时处理量由改造前16~18 t/h提升至34.5~37.0 t/h,企业净利润较改造前增加1373万元,技术改造效果显著。 A steel slag grinding production line of Shougang can not reach the designed production capacity due to the problems of filter plate running and discharge unclean in the production of plate and frame filter press.After field sampling and investigation,the production problem of plate and frame filter press was caused by too coarse feed particle size.According to the process layout,coarse separation operation was carried out on the pulp fed into the thickener.The process equipment in the coarse separation operation section used cyclone+dewatering screen combination machine,and the investment of technical transformation was estimated to be 701.4 thousand.Through the technical transformation,the hourly processing capacity of the grinding selection operation section increased from 16~18 t/h before the transformation to 34.5~37.0 t/h,and the net profit of the enterprise increased by 13.73 million yuan compared with that before the transformation,and the technical transformation effect was remarkable.
