摘要
基于某矿山企业当前生产现状及未来发展规划,对其下属主要厂矿及分子公司的能源消耗情况分别进行了碳排放核算。得到该企业2022年度温室气体排放总量为597 899.66 tCO_(2)eq,其中直接排放为45 389.11 tCO_(2)eq,间接排放为552 510.55 tCO_(2)eq;2023年度温室气体排放总量为567 154.82 tCO_(2)eq,其中直接排放为42 552.62 tCO_(2)eq,间接排放为524 602.2 tCO_(2)eq。由于该企业近年来科技投入增加,特别是地下矿、选矿厂设备的大型化、智能化,矿山煤改电、油改电等逐步实施,化石燃料消耗的碳排放占比逐渐减小。结合国际国内背景与形势,分析并阐述了该企业可通过清洁能源替代、生产技术升级等降碳技术路径,逐步实现碳中和的目标。
Based on the current production status and future development plan of a mining enterprise,the carbon emission accounting is carried out through the energy consumption of its subordinate main factories,mines and molecular companies.The total greenhouse gas emissions of the enterprise in 2022 were 597899.66 tCO_(2)eq,of which direct emissions were 45389.11 tCO_(2)eq and indirect emissions were 552510.55 tCO_(2)eq;the total greenhouse gas emissions in 2023 were 567154.82 tCO_(2)eq,of which direct emissions were 42552.62 tCO_(2)eq and indirect emissions were 524602.2 tCO_(2)eq.As the company's investment in science and technology has increased in recent years,especially the large-scale and intelligent equipment of underground mines and concentrators,the gradual implementation of coal-to-electricity and oil-to-electricity in mines has gradually reduced the proportion of carbon emissions consumed by fossil fuels.Combined with the international and domestic background and situation,analyzes and expounds that the enterprise can gradually achieve the goal of carbon neutralization through the path of carbon reduction technology such as clean energy substitution and production technology upgrading.
