摘要
Barrett食管(Barrett’s esophagus,BE)是由于长期的胃食管反流导致其食管远端鳞状上皮被柱状上皮所取代的一种癌前病变,被认为是食管腺癌(esophageal adenocarcinoma,EAC)唯一的前体病变,早期发现和有效管理BE及早期腺癌可有效降低死亡率和改善患者生存期。近年来,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在BE及其相关肿瘤的相关研究也成为热点,本文主要就AI在BE及其相关肿瘤的内镜下和病理检测及诊断的应用展开叙述,旨在帮助临床医师了解该领域的最新动态。
Barrett's esophagus(BE)is a precancerous lesion in which the distal squamous epithelium of the esophagus is replaced by the columnar epithelium due to long-term gastroesophageal reflux,which is considered to be the only precursor lesion of esophageal adenocarcinoma(EAC),early detection and effective management of BE and early adenocarcinoma are essential,which can effectively reduce mortality and improve patient survival.In recent years,artificial intelligence(AI)has also become a hot topic in AI related research on BE and its related neoplasia.This review mainly described the application of AI in the endoscopic and pathological detection and diagnosis of BE and its related neoplasms,in order to help clinicians understand the latest developments in this field.
