创建绿色工厂是推动工业可持续发展和绿色低碳转型发展的关键举措。本文对行业标准JC/T 2616—2021《预拌砂浆行业绿色工厂评价要求》进行了深入解读,结合预拌砂浆行业的生产企业特点、行业特性,从基础设施、管理体系、能源与资源投入、产品、环境排放、综合绩效6个方面提出了绿色工厂创建的要点,为预拌砂浆行业生产企业创建绿色工厂提供技术指导。

Creating green factories is a key measure to promote sustainable industrial development and green and low-carbon transformation.This article provides an in-depth interpretation of the JC/T 2616—2021 Requirements for Assessment of Green Factory in Ready-mixed Mortar Industry,combines with the characteristics of production enterprises and industry characteristics of the ready-mixed mortar industry,the key points for creating green factories are proposed from six aspects:infrastructure,management system,energy and resource investment,products,environmental emissions,and comprehensive performance,provides technical guidance for production companies in the ready-mixed mortar industry to create green factories.
