公立医院人力资源管理问题及对策建议

摘要 在新医改和医院高质量发展背景下,人才是第一战略资源,是实现人民健康生活愿景的基础。公立医院人力资源管理是实现公立医院管理现代化的关键。基于此,以新医改下的粤北某地市三甲公立医院为研究对象,通过探讨当前公立医院人力资源管理存在的问题,将精细化管理理念融入人力资源管理各个环节,并针对存在的问题提出具体的对策建议。 In the context of the new healthcare reform and high-quality development of hospitals,talent is the primary strategic resource and the foundation for realizing the vision of a healthy life for the people.Human resource management in public hospitals is the key to achieving modernization of public hospital management.Based on this,taking a tertiary public hospital in a certain city in northern Guangdong under the new medical reform as the research object,this study explores the existing problems in human resource management of public hospitals,integrates the concept of refined management into various aspects of human resource management,and proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.
