An Analysis of High-Quality Development in Higher Education

高等教育是教育系统中的重要一环,是知识、能力、素质融合的关键时期,是人才储备、创新驱动的中坚环节。习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中对教育发展提出了新的要求。基于对教育高质量发展的认识与思考,针对现阶段本科教育的现状与发展,从教育目标、教学内容方式以及实施方法的公平正义等方面提出改革措施方法,以此贯彻落实习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出的“坚持以人民为中心发展教育,加快建设高质量教育体系,发展素质教育,促进教育公平”的教育发展方针。

As higher education is an important part of the education system,the General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward new requirements for the development of education in the Report of the 20th National Congress.It is a key period for the integration of knowledge,ability and quality,and the backbone of talent reserve and innovationdriven development.Based on understanding and thinking of the high quality development of education,this paper puts forward reform measures and methods for undergraduate education at this stage in terms of fairness and justice in educational goals,teaching content methods and implementation methods,so as to implement the proposal of the General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to “adhere to the people-centered development of education,accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system,develop quality education,and promote educational equity.”
