摘要
以浙江省高校教师为对象进行课程思政教材建设使用情况调研,通过问卷星平台发放调查问卷,辅以电话访谈和录音形式收集数据。研究认为,当前高校课程思政建设取得明显成效,大部分教师具有落实立德树人根本任务的意识,专业课与思政课协同育人作用显著增强。调研中发现教材建设方面存在以下问题:(1)课程思政教学改革多数停留在实践探索层面;(2)有特色的课程思政教材建设比较薄弱;(3)教师编写融入思政的专业教材意愿不强,专业化教材研发队伍短缺;(4)课程思政教材建设激励机制作用不明显等。从高校教材在育人体系中的特殊作用来看,未来课程思政教材、教学资源建设还应广泛推进,教材研发队伍培育及激励机制建设也应同步加强。
Taking College teachers in Zhejiang Province as the object,this paper conducted a survey on the construction of ideological and political teaching materials for the curriculum,and issued questionnaires through the Questionnaire Star Platform,supplemented by semi-structured interviews in the form of telephone interview recording to collect data.The research shows that the current curriculum ideology and politics construction of university courses has achieved remarkable results,most teachers have a good sense of building morality and cultivating talents,and the collaborative educational effect of professional courses and ideological and political courses has been significantly enhanced.The problems found in the construction of teaching materials are:(1) The reform of curriculum ideology and politics mostly stays at the level of practice and exploration;(2) The construction of characteristic curriculum ideology and politics teaching materials is relatively weak;(3) Teachers' willingness to compile professional textbooks integrated with ideological and political elements is not strong,and the research and development compiling team to be established;(4) The incentive mechanism for the construction of curriculum ideology and politics textbooks is not obvious,etc.From the perspective of the special role of college textbooks in the education system,the construction of curriculum ideology and politics textbooks and teaching resources should be widely promoted in the future.The cultivation of teaching material compiling team and the construction of incentive mechanism should be strengthened simultaneously.
