摘要
随着国家产业结构的调整,传统化工企业的转型升级,急需大批掌握新技术、新工艺、新材料的“双碳”人才。然而在新形势、新时代下专业学生培养过程中存在很多问题,急需一种新的方式去定位专业培养高层次创新人才,同时要对培养方案和课程体系进行修改以适应时代进步和行业发展。为了满足国家需求,通过调整目标定位、构建模块化课程体系、强化实践环节、构建“三进、四保障”教育创新和提高毕业论文的工程特色要求等措施,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的复合型高级专业人才。“递进式”教学体系贯穿化学工程与工艺专业(电化学方向)本科生培养的全过程,具有重要意义,对同类专业“双碳”人才培养具有一定参考价值。
Along with the adjustment of China's industrial structure,the transformation and upgrading of traditional chemical enterprises urgently need a large number of “dual-carbon” talents who master new technologies,new crafts and new materials.However,in the new situation and new periods,the problems in the process of professional student training have become more and more prominent.There is an urgent need for a new way to locate the professional training of high-level innovative talents,but also to modify the training program and curriculum system to adapt to the progress of the times and the development of the industry.In order to meet the national demand,we need to adjust the target positioning,build a modular curriculum system,enhance the practice section,construct a “three-progress,four-guarantee” educational innovation training mechanism and improve the engineering characteristics of the graduation thesis to train comprehensive talents with innovative spirits and practical abilities.It is of great significance to integrate the “progressive” teaching system into the whole training process of undergraduates majoring in chemical engineering and technology(electrochemistry),and it has certain reference value for the training of “dual-carbon” talents in similar majors.
