The national traditional sports is one of our precious cultural heritage,the Chinese nation wisdom and the crystallization of the creation,which has a long history and deep cultural connotation.However,in the context of modernization,especially in the process of urbanization,traditional sports culture is facing a severe test of survival,and protection and inheritance has become an important mission entrusted to us by The Times.At the same time,physical education in colleges and universities is also affected by the goal of talent training under the background of the new century.It is necessary to improve the physical quality of students and form young people with healthy and upward values.In this context,it is a very important task to introduce ethnic traditional sports into college physical education and promote the development of ethnic traditional sports culture through the combination of inheritance and innovation.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the introduction and inheritance of traditional national sports in college physical education,and make some beneficial exploration and attempt for the reform of college physical education and the inheritance of national culture.
