人民至上价值理念的思想来源、内涵布展与实践路向

Ideological Sources,Connotations and Practical Directions of the People-Centred Principle

人民至上是中国共产党的核心价值理念。从思想来源来看,人民至上价值理念源于马克思主义关于人民主体思想的科学诠释以及对中国传统文化民本价值取向的继承与超越。从内涵布展来看,人民至上价值理念从坚信人民创造伟力、始终站稳人民立场以及坚持人民利益至上三个方面回答了中国共产党“依靠谁、为了谁、我是谁”的根本性问题。从实践路向来看,中国共产党贯彻落实人民至上价值理念的实践方向包括:以满足人民对美好生活的向往为奋斗目标,推动“五位一体”总体布局;以全心全意为人民服务为宗旨,推动党的自我革命制度建设;以为中国人民谋幸福和为人类谋进步为追求,推动构建人类命运共同体。

The people-centered principle is a fundamental value of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Its ideological roots are found in Marxist interpretations of the people’s subject thought and the evolution of people-centered values in traditional Chinese culture.This principle addresses the fundamental questions of“who to rely on,for whom,and who am I”through three aspects:the belief in the people’s creativity,maintaining a people-centered stance,and prioritizing people’s interests.Practically,the CPC implements this principle by striving to fulfill the people’s aspirations for a better life,promoting a comprehensive development approach;serving the people wholeheartedly as its purpose,advancing the construction of the Party’s self-revolutionary system;and seeking happiness for the Chinese people and progress for humanity,thereby fostering the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
