观察急性胰腺炎患者接受塞来昔布治疗的临床有效性及安全性

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Celecoxib Treatment in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探究急性胰腺炎患者接受塞来昔布治疗的临床有效性及安全性。方法:选择2021年1月—2024年1月晋江市医院收治的95例急性胰腺炎患者,按照奇偶数法进行组别划分,对照组治疗应用生长抑素,研究组在对照组基础上给予塞来昔布进行治疗。对比临床有效性、安全性、炎症因子、血常规指标。结果:研究组临床有效性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血常规指标(平均血小板体积、红细胞比容、中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:塞来昔布用于治疗急性胰腺炎临床有效性、安全性高,可以减轻炎症反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Celecoxib treatment in patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 95 patients with acute pancreatitis from January 2021 to January 2024 in Jinjiang Hospital were selected and divided into odd even groups.The control group was treated with Somatostatin,while the study group was treated with Celecoxib on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,safety,inflammatory factors,and blood routine indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and control group(P>0.05).The levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood routine indicators(average platelet volume,hematocrit,neutrophil lymphocyte ratio)of the study group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Celecoxib is clinically effective and safe in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,which can alleviate inflammation.
