开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素α2b治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Kaihoujian Spray Combined with Interferonα2b in the Treatment of Pediatric Herpetic Pharyngitis

目的:探讨开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素α2b治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及安全性。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年11月莆田市儿童医院收治的86例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用干扰素α2b,观察组在对照组基础上采用开喉剑喷雾剂。比较两组临床疗效,症状改善时间,治疗前后症状积分、炎症因子、免疫功能及安全性。结果:与对照组比,观察组总有效率更高,症状改善时间更早,症状积分、炎症水平及CD8^(+)更低,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素α2b可增强疱疹性咽峡炎治疗效果,加快症状消退及炎症下降,增强免疫功能,安全性好。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Kaihoujian Spray combined with Interferonα2b in the treatment of pediatric herpetic pharyngitis.Method:A total of 86 children with herpetic pharyngitis admitted to Putian Children's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected.All cases were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,43 cases in each group.The control group was given Interferonα2b,and the observation group was treated with Kaihoujian Spray based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,symptom score,inflammatory factors,immune function before and after treatment and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the symptom improvement time of the observation group was earlier,the symptom scores,inflammatory levels and CD8^(+)of the observation group were lower,and the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of the observation group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of two groups were compared,which showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kaihoujian Spray combined with Interferonα2b can enhance the therapeutic effect of herpetic pharyngitis,accelerate the regression of symptoms and the decline of inflammation,improve immune function,and have good safety.
