无痛肠镜下钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠息肉的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Titanium Clip under Painless Colonoscopy Combined with Endoscopic Mucosal Resection in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyps

目的:探究无痛肠镜下钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠息肉的临床效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2024年1月于宜兴市官林医院进行手术的105例大肠息肉患者作为研究对象,根据手术方案不同分为对照组(无痛肠镜下内镜下黏膜切除术,n=50)与研究组(无痛肠镜下钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术,n=55)。比较两组治疗效果、手术相关指标及术后并发症。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组手术用时比对照组长,术中出血量比对照组少,住院时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛肠镜下钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠息肉与无痛肠镜下内镜下黏膜切除术效果相当,术中出血量较少,住院时间较短,术后并发症发生率较低,但手术用时较长。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of titanium clip under painless colonoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Method:A total of 105 patients with colorectal polyps who underwent surgery in Guanlin Hospital of Yixing from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(endoscopic mucosal resection under painless colonoscopy,n=50)and the study group(titanium clip under painless colonoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection,n=55)according to different surgical schemes.The therapeutic effect,operation related indexes and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups(P>0.05).The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of titanium clip under painless colonoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of colorectal polyps is similar to that of endoscopic mucosal resection under painless colonoscopy,the intraoperative blood loss is less,the hospitalization time is shorter,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower,but the operation time is longer.
