需要层次护理对子宫颈癌化疗患者的影响

Effect of Need Hierarchical Nursing on Patients with Cervical Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨需要层次护理对子宫颈癌化疗患者的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2024年3月福建省福能集团总医院收治的105例子宫颈癌化疗患者。根据随机法将其分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=53)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用需要层次护理。比较两组护理前后癌因性疲乏、希望水平、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组躯体疲乏、情感疲乏及认知疲乏评分均降低,观察组躯体疲乏、情感疲乏及认知疲乏评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组对现实与未来的积极态度、采取积极的行动、与他人保持亲密的关系评分均升高,观察对现实与未来的积极态度、采取积极的行动、与他人保持亲密的关系评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、疾病症状评分均升高,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、疾病症状评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:需要层次护理能有效改善子宫颈癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏症状,提高患者希望水平及生活质量,且护理满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of need hierarchical nursing on patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 105 cases of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=53)according to random method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with need hierarchical nursing.Cancer fatigue,hope level,quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue were decreased in both groups,and the scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of positive attitude towards reality and future,taking positive actions,and maintaining close relationship with others increased in both groups,and the scores of positive attitude towards reality and future,taking positive actions,and maintaining close relationship with others were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and disease symptoms of the two groups were increased,and the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and disease symptoms of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The need hierarchical nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of cancer fatigue in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy,improve the level of hope and quality of life of patients,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
