醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果

Effect of Leuprorelin Acetate in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的:探讨醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月成武县人民医院收治的86例子宫内膜异位症患者。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予孕三烯酮,观察组在对照组基础上给予醋酸亮丙瑞林。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度、病灶大小、生活质量、炎症因子、生殖激素。结果:治疗后,观察组痛经、盆腔疼痛、性交疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组病灶大小及子宫内膜异位症健康问卷(endometriosis health profile,EHP-30)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组促卵泡生成激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛效果显著,能够有效缩小病灶,缓解子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛,改善患者的生活质量,降低炎症因子水平,调节生殖激素水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of Leuprorelin Acetate in the treatment of endometriosis.Method:A total of 86 cases of endometriosis patients treated in Chengwu County People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given Gestrinone,and the observation group was given Leuprorelin Acetate on the basis of control group.Pain degree,lesion size,quality of life,inflammatory factors and reproductive hormones before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain and sexual intercourse in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lesion size and endometriosis health profile(EHP-30)score of observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leuprorelin Acetate is effective in the treatment of endometriosis-related pain,which can effectively shrink the lesions,relieve endometriosis-related pain,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and regulate the level of reproductive hormones.
