益气养阴散结汤联合左甲状腺素钠片对甲状腺癌术后患者的影响

Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets on Patients with Thyroid Cancer after Surgery

目的:观察益气养阴散结汤联合左甲状腺素钠片对甲状腺癌术后患者不良反应及甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法:将2022年5月—2023年10月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的126例甲状腺癌患者以随机数表法分为参照组(n=63,术后以左甲状腺素钠片治疗)和试验组(n=63,术后以益气养阴散结汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗),统计两组治疗不良反应,并且比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分及甲状腺激素水平。结果:两组治疗不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前气短懒言、食欲不振、大便干结、神疲乏力中医症状积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组气短懒言、食欲不振、大便干结、神疲乏力积分比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T_(3))、甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)、甲状腺素(thyroxine,T_(4))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组TSH比参照组低,T_(3)、PTH、T_(4)比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在甲状腺癌患者术后应用左甲状腺素钠片治疗时,同时辅以益气养阴散结汤进行治疗不会明显增加不良反应的发生,联合用药安全性良好,且更有利于患者中医症状的改善及甲状腺激素水平的调节,减轻手术对患者甲状腺功能造成的影响。

Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets on the adverse reactions and thyroid hormone levels in patients with thyroid cancer after surgery.Method:A total of 126 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to Tai’an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were divided into the reference group(n=63,treated with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets after surgery)and the experimental group(n=63,treated with Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets after surgery)by random number table method.The adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and thyroid hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of shortness of breath and lazy speech,loss of appetite,dry stool and fatigue were compared between the two groups before treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of shortness of breath and lazy speech,loss of appetite,dry stool and fatigue in the experimental group were lower than in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),triiodothyronine(T3),parathyroid hormone(PTH),thyroxine(T4)between the two groups(P>0.05),TSH in experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,while T3,PTH and T4 were higher than those in the reference group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction will not significantly increase the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with thyroid cancer after surgery,and the combination of drugs has good safety,and is more conducive to the improvement of patients'traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the regulation of thyroid hormone levels,so as to reduce the impact of surgery on patients'thyroid function.
