微生态肠内营养联合罗森塔尔效应认知训练对结直肠癌患者术后康复的影响

The Effect of Microecological Enteral Nutrition Combined with Rosenthal Effect Cognitive Training on Postoperative Recovery of Colorectal Cancer Patients

摘要 目的:探讨微生态肠内营养联合罗森塔尔效应认知训练对结直肠癌患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月中山大学肿瘤防治中心收治的78例结直肠癌手术患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组(给予常规肠内营养联合认知训练)与观察组(给予微生态肠内营养联合罗森塔尔效应认知训练),各39例,两组均干预1周,比较两组肠道菌群数量、营养状态、细胞免疫功能及认知障碍发生率。结果:干预后,观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌数量均大于干预前及对照组,大肠杆菌数量少于干预前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均高于干预前及对照组,CD8^(+)低于干预前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后认知障碍发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微生态肠内营养联合罗森塔尔效应认知训练能够更好地调节结直肠癌患者术后肠道菌群,改善其营养状态及免疫功能,降低其认知障碍发生率。 Objective:To explore the effect of microecological enteral nutrition combined with Rosenthal effect cognitive training on postoperative recovery of colorectal cancer patients.Method:A total of 78 colorectal cancer surgical patients admitted to Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(receiving conventional enteral nutrition combined with cognitive training)and an observation group(receiving microecological enteral nutrition combined with Rosenthal effect cognitive training)using a random number table method.There were 39 cases in each group,and both groups were intervened for one week.The number of gut microbiota,nutritional status,cellular immune function,and incidence of cognitive impairment in the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus in the observation group was higher than before intervention and the control group,while the number of Escherichia coli was lower than before intervention and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),CD3+,CD4+of the observation group were higher than those before intervention and the control group,while the CD8+were lower than those before intervention and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative cognitive impairment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microecological enteral nutrition combined with Rosenthal effect cognitive training can better regulate postoperative gut microbiota,improve nutritional status and immune function,and reduce the incidence of cognitive impairment in colorectal cancer patients.
