摘要
随着我国社会人口结构的变化,我国建筑劳务输出也逐渐失去优势,越来越多的劳务人员出国意愿不强,直接导致我国建筑企业海外市场的劳务人员短缺,从而企业成本也在不断增加。如何尽快适应国际市场竞争的需求,充分发挥我国建筑企业的管理优势,属地化分包将是一个探索方向。本文结合实例总结了项目海外属地化分包过程管理的经验,以供参考。
With the change of society and population structure in China,construction labor export in China gradually losses its advantage,and an increasing number of laborers have a low willing to go abroad,which directly leads to the shortage of labor in overseas market of China's construction enterprises,thus increasing the cost of enterprises.How to adapt to the needs of international market competition as soon as possible and give full play to the management advantages of China's construction enterprises,territoriality localized subcontract will be an exploration direction.This paper summarizes the experience of overseas territoriality localized subcontract process management of projects with examples,for reference.
