Cost Control of Project General Contracting Enterprises in EPC Mode

随着社会的不断进步与发展,EPC总承包模式逐渐地成为现代多种项目应用的生产模式,特别是在建筑领域的应用更为广泛。但是,EPC总承包模式同其他建设模式存在诸多的差异,更为注重阶段性的应用,增加了工程造价的控制难度,影响企业的经济效益。为此,本文分析了EPC总承包模式及应用优势,研究了EPC总承包模式下工程总承包企业的造价与成本控制策略,以期提供参考。

With the continuous progress and development of society,the EPC general contracting mode has gradually become a production mode applied for a variety of modern projects,and especially it is widely applied in the construction field.However,EPC general contracting mode has many differences with other construction modes,and pays more attention to the staged application,increases the difficulty of controlling the project cost and affects the economic benefits of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper analyzes the EPC general contracting mode and its application advantages,and studies the cost control strategy of project general contracting enterprises in EPC general contracting mode,so as to provide reference.
