Problems and Countermeasures in Quality Supervision and Management of Construction Projects

在建设工程领域,质量问题时常发生,对项目进度和社会经济造成了严重影响。本文旨在深入分析建设工程质量监督管理中存在的问题,包括监督体制不完善、监管部门与施工单位合作不畅和建筑工程安全管理问题,并针对这些问题提出完善监督体系、建立监督与施工单位的协作机制以及加强监督和检查等一系列应对策略,以改善质量监督管理,促进工程质量的提高。

Quality problems often occur in the field of construction engineering,and have a serious impact on the project schedule and social economy.This paper aims to deeply analyze the problems existing in the quality supervision and management of construction projects,including the imperfect supervision system,the poor cooperation between supervision departments and construction units,and the safety management of construction projects.In view of these problems,a series of countermeasures such as improving the supervision system,establishing the cooperation mechanism between supervision and construction units and strengthening supervision and inspection are proposed to improve the quality supervision and management,and promote the improvement of engineering quality.
