在当前时代,随着经济的发展与科技的进步,我国城市化得到了较快的发展与提升。在这一状态与背景下,我国建筑行业建设水平也获得了长足的发展与进步。但是在发展期间,受到多种因素的共同影响,我国的市政项目在实际建设期间出现一些问题与障碍,影响工程质量以及市民的实际使用与生活。本文主要针对市政建筑工程质量与施工技术管理的相关途径进行分析,提出合理的工作方案,希望可以起到参考作用。

In the current era,with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,China's urbanization has been rapidly developed and improved.In this condition and background,the construction level of construction industry in China has also achieved great development and progress.However,during the development period,under the joint influence of various factors,some problems and obstacles appear during the actual construction period of municipal projects in China,and affect the quality of the project and the actual use and life of the citizens.This paper mainly analyzes the relevant approaches of municipal construction engineering quality and construction technology management,and puts forward a reasonable work plan,hoping to play a reference role.
