房屋建筑施工防渗漏施工技术探究

Research on Anti-Leakage Construction Technology for Housing Building Construction

为了解决房屋建筑渗漏问题,延长使用寿命,文章分析了房屋建筑渗漏的危害性和防渗漏施工的价值,研究了外墙、厨卫和屋面等常见渗漏问题的成因及表现。探索了夏庄街道古镇小学建设工程中应用的防渗漏施工技术,包括外墙防渗漏的材料选择、防水层施工、接缝处理,厨卫防渗漏的涂料应用、卷材铺设、蓄水试验以及屋面防渗漏的排水系统设计等。研究表明,通过选择合适的防水材料,严格执行施工工艺,加强质量管理和检查验收,可有效预防和解决建筑渗漏问题,确保建筑物的安全性、舒适性。

In order to solve the housing building leakage problem and prolong the service life,this paper analyzes the hazards of housing building leakage and the value of anti-leakage construction,and studies the causes and manifestations of common leakage problems in external walls,kitchens and bathrooms and roofs.The anti-leakage construction technology applied in the construction project of Guzhen Primary School in Xiazhuang Sub-district is explored,including the selection of materials for external wall leakage prevention,waterproof layer construction,joint treatment,coating application for kitchen and bathroom leakage prevention,coil laying,water storage test,and roof leakage prevention drainage system design.The research shows that,by selecting appropriate waterproof materials,strictly implementing the construction process,strengthening quality management and inspection and acceptance,the building leakage problem can be effectively prevented and solved,and the safety and comfort of the building can be ensured.
