建筑深基坑降水施工技术的应用及质控方法

摘要 随着高层建筑的不断推进,作为高层建筑重要施工的一部分,深基坑工程的应用也越来越广泛。基坑降水是其重要的组成部分,保障深基坑工程的施工质量和建筑整体的安全性。实际应用中,深基坑降水施工技术存在诸多问题,需建筑工程管理者提高对问题的重视程度,有效规避各类风险。在本文的研究中,主要分析建筑深基坑工程特点和技术应用情况,探究存在的问题,提出几点有效的质量控制方法,以期为相关工程提供一定的参考。 With the continuous advancement of high-rise buildings,deep foundation pit project as the part of important construction of high-rise buildings is widely applied.Foundation pit dewatering is its important part,which ensures the construction quality of deep foundation pit project and the overall safety of the building.In practical application,there are many problems in the dewatering construction technology of deep foundation pit,and construction project managers need to pay more attention to the problems and effectively avoid various risks.In the research of this paper,the characteristics of deep foundation pit project and technical application are analyzed,the existing problems are explored,and several effective quality control methods are proposed to provide certain reference for related projects.
