建筑机电工程安装施工的关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology for Installation and Construction of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

机电工程的安装施工质量效果,关系到建筑项目建设中涉及的各项电气设备能否正常安全运行。在当前建筑行业不断发展的背景下,机电工程中的安装施工技术也在不断完善。本文以机电安装施工技术为主要研究对象,结合以往机电工程安装技术的应用经验,着重从配电装置安装调试、弱电系统安装以及电梯安装三个部分来探讨机电安装施工技术的应用效果,并以某工程为例,阐述提升建筑机电工程安装施工技术水平的措施。

The installation and construction quality effect of mechanical and electrical engineering is related to the normal and safe operation of various electrical equipment involved in the construction of construction projects.In the current context of continuous development of construction industry,the installation and construction technology in mechanical and electrical engineering is also constantly improving.This paper takes the mechanical and electrical installation and construction technology as the main research object,combinea with the application experience of previous mechanical and electrical engineering installation technology,focuses on the application effect of mechanical and electrical installation and construction technology in three parts:the installation and commissioning of power distribution devices,the installation of weak current system and the installation of elevators,and takes a project as an example to elaborate the measures to improve the installation and construction technology level of building mechanical and electrical engineering.
