摘要
房屋建筑工程具有较大的建设施工规模,受施工条件、环境等各方面因素影响较大,地基基础易发生沉降变形,从而影响建筑地基稳固,增加了房屋建筑结构质量和安全问题,风险隐患较多。建筑施工中软土地基比较普遍,这就需要在开展施工前充分调查施工现场周边地质情况,应用科学合理的地基基础施工技术措施来促进建筑工程施工质量的提高。在此基础上,本文主要对房屋建筑地基基础加固工程中的施工技术进行分析,以期提供参考。
Housing construction projects have a large construction scale,and are greatly affected by various factors such as construction conditions and environment.The foundation is prone to settlement and deformation,which affects the stability of the building foundation,increases the quality and safety issues of the house building structure,and has many risks and hidden dangers.Soft soil foundation is relatively common in building construction,so it is necessary to fully investigate the geological conditions around the construction site before carrying out construction,and apply scientific and reasonable foundation construction technical measures to promote the improvement of construction quality of construction projects.On this basis,this paper mainly analyzes the construction technology of housing construction foundation reinforcement project,so as to provide reference.
