摘要
人工智能是新型冠状病毒感染(新冠感染,COVID-19)药物再利用中的有效工具,可以快速筛选大量药物数据库以获取候选药物。在寻求治疗新冠感染有效药物的过程中,人工智能技术推动了药物发现的快速发展,也为中医药治疗领域提供了参考借鉴。重点介绍三类基于人工智能技术的新冠感染药物再利用方法的应用,分析了在应用中遇到的问题和挑战。探讨如何在保留中医药特色和优势的同时,构建更加协调统一的人工智能模型。人工智能技术在医药领域中具有巨大的发展潜力,可为中医药现代化带来新的机遇。
Artificial intelligence(AI)is an effective tool in the repurposing of drugs for corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),capable of swiftly screening through extensive drug databases to identify candidate medications.In the quest for effective drugs against COVID-19,AI has accelerated the progress of drug discovery,and has also provided insights for the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatments.This paper primarily elucidated the application of three categories of AI-based CO-VID-19 drug repurposing methods,discussed the research advancements of these methods,and analyzed the problems and challenges encountered in their application.Furthermore,the paper explored how to construct a more harmonized and unified AI model while preserving the characteristics and strengths of TCM.AI held immense potential for development in the field of medicine and can offer new opportunities for the modernization of TCM.
