摘要
目的:研究在校女大学生6种中医体质(气虚质、阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、阴虚质、气郁质)人群与平和质人群的红外热成像特征。方法:选取2021年12月-2022年5月河北大学符合标准化中医体质量表7种中医体质的女大学生76例,回顾性分析通过红外热成像技术采集的红外热图,对采集到的不同区域(任脉区、督脉区)及腧穴(单侧左十二募穴、神阙穴、命门穴、双侧内劳宫穴)的体表平均温度建立数据库,对数据进行统计学分析并探讨红外热成像特征。结果:共筛选出平和质12例、阳虚质20例、气郁质11例、痰湿质8例、阴虚质14例、血瘀质7例、气虚质4例。平和质组督脉温度>任脉温度,三焦温度呈上焦>中焦>下焦的分布特征。平和质与其他6种体质不同区域及腧穴温度的差异各有侧重。气虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质较平和质在一些部位温度更高;阴虚质、气郁质与平和质相比温度变化幅度较小。结论:气虚为阳虚之渐,似“秋乃冬渐”;痰湿和血瘀作为病理产物,与脾和心关系密切,如“甘苦滞热”,对痰湿质和血瘀质的热态分布有一定的影响;阴虚则内热,气郁质可在期门穴有显著热态分布。说明红外热成像检测技术对临床中医体质辨识有一定的参考价值。
Objective:To investigate and compare the infrared thermal imaging characteristics of female college students with six TCM constitutions[Qi(气)deficiency,Yang(阳)deficiency,phlegm dampness,blood stasis,Yin(阴)deficiency,Qi stagnation]and normal people.Methods:From December 2021 to May 2022,76 female college students in Hebei University with 7 TCM constitutions of Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness,blood stasis,Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation and normal were retrospectively analyzed after using infrared thermal imaging technology.The average body surface temperature database of different areas(Governor Vessel area,Conception Vessel area)and acupoints(unilateral left 12 front-mu points of the abdomen),Shenque point(RN8),Mingmen point(DU4)and bilateral Neilaogong point(PC8)collected was established and statistically analyzed to explore the characteristics of infrared thermal imaging.Results:(1)There were 12 cases of normal,20 cases of Yang deficiency,11 cases of Qi stagnation,8 cases of phlegm and dampness,14 cases of Yin deficiency,7 cases of blood stasis and 4 cases of Qi deficiency.(2)The Governor Vessel temperature of the normal people was higher than Conception Vessel,and the Triple Energizers temperature showed the distribution characteristics of Upper Energizer>Middle Energizer>Lower Energizer.(3)Normal constitution and the other 6 kinds of TCM constitutions have different emphasis on different regions and temperature of acupoints.The temperature of Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis in some parts was higher than that of normal constitution.The temperature variation of Yin deficiency and Qi stagnation was smaller than that of normal constitution.Conclusion:(1)The infrared thermal imaging technology can find that there are obvious differences between the six TCM constitutions of women and the normal constitution in this study.(2)Infrared thermal imaging detection technology has a certain reference value for clinical TCM constitution identification.
