中医药诊治多重耐药菌的研究进展

A review on the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of multi-drug resistant organism infection

近年来,多重耐药菌的迅速增长已成为全球公共卫生领域面临的一大挑战,在传统抗生素治疗效果逐渐减弱的背景下,探索替代性疗法变得尤为迫切。研究回顾了5年来关于中医药诊治多重耐药菌的研究文献,涵盖中医诊治的理论基础、多重耐药菌的中医证候研究、中药及其有效成分的体外抗菌作用等方面。研究表明,某些中药成分对于多种耐药菌均展现出体外抗菌活性,而中药汤剂的复杂成分更有利于针对耐药菌的多靶点治疗。中医证候研究揭示了临床诊断和治疗的重要性,且在解析多重耐药菌感染背后的病理生理机制中担当了关键角色。此外,研究还总结了中医药在临床治疗多重耐药菌感染中所取得的进展,验证了其作为辅助治疗手段的有效性和优势。尽管当前研究已取得一定成果,但仍需进一步探索中医药对抗多重耐药菌的深层机制,并开展更多大规模、标准化的临床试验,以验证中医药在现代医学中的应用潜力,为抗菌治疗提供更加多样化的选择。

In recent years,the rapid emergence of multi-drug resistant organism(MDRO)has posed a significant challenge in the field of global public health.Under the background of the gradual decline of the efficacy of traditional antibiotics,the quest for alternative therapeutic strategies has become increasingly urgent.This article provides a review on the literature over the past five years on traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the diagnosis and treatment of MDRO infections,covering the theoretical foundations of TCM diagnosis and treatment of MDRO infections,TCM syndrome research on MDROs,and the in vitro antibacterial effects of Chinese medicines and their active components.Studies have demonstrated that certain Chinese medicine ingredients exhibit in vitro antibacterial activity against a variety of drug-resistant bacteria,and complicated ingredients of TCM decoction are more conducive to the multi-target treatment of drug-resistant bacteria.Research on TCM syndromes reveals the importance of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and plays a pivotal role in elucidating the pathophysiological mechanisms behind MDRO infections.Moreover,the paper summarizes the progress of TCM in the clinical management of MDRO infections,affirming its efficacy and advantages as an adjunctive treatment modality.Although the current research has achieved some results,it is necessary to further explore the deep mechanisms of TCM against MDRO infects,and perform more extensive and standardized clinical trials to substantiate the application potential of TCM in modern society,so as to provide diversified options of antimicrobial treatments.
