南宁地区RhD阴性献血者招募管理研究

摘要 目的调查南宁地区RhD阴性献血者招募管理现状,提出完善建议。方法对2020年1月—2022年12月在本血站无偿献血的224名RhD阴性献血者进行信息统计,研究RhD阴性献血者对血站现行招募策略的接受程度、3年内重复献血的情况以及首次献血后未继续献血的原因。结果①RhD阴性献血者的年龄集中在26~46岁,以企事业单位员工、现役或退役军人、学生为主。②在血站现行招募措施中,RhD阴性献血者对“血站开放日参观活动”“《南宁市献血条例》对稀有血型献血者的关爱政策”的认可率较高。③224名RhD阴性献血者中,3年内再次献血的有176名,再次献血率为78.57%。从客观数据来看,年龄、职业、学历均为影响RhD阴性献血者再次献血的因素。48名未再次献血的RhD阴性献血者认为工作家庭因素、周围人劝阻、年龄因素是影响自己再次献血的主要因素。结论针对南宁市RhD阴性献血者,政府与血液中心应拓展工作策略,采取切实有效的宣传招募措施及优惠政策,提升其无偿献血的主动性,以确保RhD阴性血液的充足供应。 Objective To investigate the current situation of recruitment and management of RhD negative blood donors in Nanning area,and propose improvement suggestions.Methods The paper collected voluntary blood donation information of 224 RhD negative blood donors in Nanning area from January 2020 to December 2022 for statistics,and investigated recognition rate of RhD negative blood donors to current recruitment measures of blood stations,as well as reasons for re-donating blood within 3 years and stopping blood donation of first-time blood donors.Results①Age range of RhD negative blood donors was concentrated from 26 to 46,who were mainly employees of enterprises and institutions,retired military personnel and students.②Among current recruitment measures of blood stations,RhD negative blood donors had a high recognition rate for the"Blood Station Open Day Visit Activity"and care policy for rare blood type blood donors from the"Nanning Blood Donation Regulations".③Among 224 RhD negative blood donors,176 cases donated blood again within 3 years,with a redonation rate of 78.57%.Based on objective data,age,occupation,and educational background were factors affecting RhD negative blood donors from redonating blood.48 RhD negative blood donors with no blood redonation believed,work and family factors,dissuasion from surrounding people and age were main factors affecting blood redonation.Conclusion For RhD negative blood donors in Nanning area,the government and blood stations should broaden their work concept,take effective publicity and recruitment methods and preferential policies,enhance their enthusiasm for voluntary blood donation,and ensure sources of RhD negative blood.
