一次性肛袋在重症监护室患者大便失禁中的应用

Application of Disposable Anal Pouch in Treatment of Fecal Incontinence of Patients in ICU

目的分析一次性肛袋在重症监护室患者大便失禁中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年10月本院治疗的50例重症监护室大便失禁患者予以分组研究,按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。其中,对照组采用一次性尿垫护理,观察组制作一次性肛袋进行护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的失禁性皮炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的大便次数少于对照组,大便性状恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各braden评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室患者大便失禁,应用一次性肛袋干预后,可以更好地降低失禁性皮炎的发生率,利于改善大便情况,也能降低压疮风险,改善不良情绪,降低护理工作负荷。

Objective To analyze application effect of disposable anal pouch in treatment of fecal incontinence of patients in ICU.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with fecal incontinence in ICU from January 2022 to October 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group(n=25)randomly for study.Control group was treated with disposable urine pad nursing,while observation group was treated with disposable anal pouch nursing.Intervention effect between two groups was compared.Results Incidence of incontinence dermatitis in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Number of bowel movements in observation group was less than control group,recovery time of stool characteristics to normal was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Scores of each braden in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Disposable anal pouch intervention can reduce incidence of incontinence related dermatitis,improve bowel movements,reduce risks of pressure ulcers,improve negative emotions of patients with fecal incontinence in ICU,and reduce nursing workload.
