酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液联合注射用间苯三酚治疗外科急性腹痛的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Ketorolac Tromethamine Combined with Phloroglucinol Injection in Treatment of Acute Abdominal Pain in Surgery

目的观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液联合注射用间苯三酚治疗外科急性腹痛的疗效。方法选取2022年12月—2023年11月本院外科急性腹痛患者120例作为研究对象,并按照奇偶数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。其中,对照组采用间苯三酚注射治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射治疗,针对两组疗效、疼痛情况以及不良反应进行对比观察。结果用药后20min、40min以及60min,研究组视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分与对照组相比均明显更低(P<0.05);用药后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);用药后,研究组的不良反应率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对外科急性腹痛患者,在注射用间苯三酚治疗基础上联合应用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液可强化疾病疗效,加速患者的疼痛症状缓解,且不会增加药物不良反应,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Objective To observe clinical effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol injection for surgical patients with acute abdominal pains.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with acute abdominal pains in surgery department of our hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into groups with odd and even number method.Control group(n=60)was treated with phloroglucinol injection,while study group(n=60)with ketorolac tromethamine injection on the basis of control group.Curative effect,pains and adverse reactions were compared and observed between two groups.Results After 20,40,and 60 minutes of medication,visual analogue pain(VAS)scores of study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After medication,total effective rate of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After medication,there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between study group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol injection therapy can enhance curative effect,accelerate relief of pain symptoms of patients surgical patients with acute abdominal pains,without increasing drug adverse reactions,which has good promotion and application value.
