小儿肺咳颗粒与布地奈德雾化吸入联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果分析

摘要 目的分析小儿肺咳颗粒与布地奈德雾化吸入联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月本院收治的76例小儿毛细支气管炎患者为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。其中,观察组采用小儿肺咳颗粒与布地奈德雾化吸入联合治疗,对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组治疗效果、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、临床症状改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果治疗有效率,观察组高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.029,P=0.025<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。呼吸困难、咳嗽、肺啰音、哮鸣音、憋喘消失时间,观察组均较对照组短(P<0.05)。两组患者烦躁、恶心呕吐、心率加快、头晕、手指发颤发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.106,P=0.744>0.05)。结论针对小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,采用小儿肺咳颗粒联合布地奈德雾化吸入的治疗方案,能够有效调节血清中炎症因子的水平,进而改善患儿的肺功能状况。此治疗方案能够显著缩短呼吸困难、咳嗽、肺部啰音、哮鸣音及憋喘等症状的消失时间,提升临床治疗的整体有效率。同时,该治疗方案展现出较高的安全性,可推广普及。 Objective To analyze effect of combination of pediatric pulmonary cough granules and budesonide nebulization inhalation in treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis.Methods The paper chose 76 children with bronchiolitis in Quanzhou County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly,observation group(n=38 cases,treated with combination of pediatric cough granules and budesonide nebulization inhalation)and control group(n=38 cases,with budesonide nebulization inhalation).Curative effect,levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),improvement of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment was 97.37%in observation group,higher than 81.58%in control group(χ^(2)=5.029,P=0.025<0.05).There was no difference in hs CRP levels between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,those of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Disappearance time of dyspnea,cough,lung rales,wheezing,and wheezing in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of irritability,nausea and vomiting,increased heart rate,dizziness and finger tremors between two groups(χ^(2)=0.106,P=0.744>0.05).Conclusion Combination of pediatric pulmonary cough granules and budesonide nebulization inhalation can regulate serum inflammatory factor levels,improve lung function,reduce disappearance time of dyspnea,cough,lung rales,wheezing,and wheezing,improve clinical treatment effect of pediatric bronchiolitis,which has high safety and can be promoted and applied.
