美国心脏协会BLS培训对护生心肺复苏质量掌握情况的价值

摘要 目的分析美国心脏协会BLS培训对护生心肺复苏质量掌握情况的价值。方法选择本校2021级护理大专学生80例,采用随机分组方式,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。其中,对照组开展常规教学,观察组进行美国心脏协会BLS培训,对比两组护生对心肺复苏质量掌握的情况。结果在培训前,两组护生在性别比例、年龄以及理论、操作方面对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过培训,相较于对照组,观察组理论和实践操作得分更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生相比较于对照组护生,出现失误的情况概率更低,组间差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论美国心脏协会BLS培训对护生高质量掌握心肺复苏具有显著价值,可以提升护生理论知识水平、实践操作水平,提高护生对于课程的满意程度,一定程度上提升护生的学习兴趣,值得在教学当中推广。 Objective To analyze quality difference of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)of nursing students during the American Heart Association BLS training.Methods The paper chose 80 nursing college students in our school in 2021,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine teaching,while observation group with American Heart Association BLS training.Quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was compared between two groups of nursing students.Results Before the training,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups of nursing students in terms of gender ratio,age,and theoretical and operational aspects.After training,compared with the control group,the observation group scored higher in both theoretical and practical operations,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the observation group and the control group in terms of operational errors..Conclusion The American Heart Association BLS training has significant value for nursing students to master cardiopulmonary resuscitation with high quality,can improve theoretical knowledge and practical operation level,satisfaction degree with the course,and enhance learning interest to some extent,which is worthy of promotion in teaching.
