影像技术一体化管理在放射科护理中的作用及对护理质量的影响研究

Effect Research of Integrated Management of Imaging Technology in Radiology Nursing and Its Effect on Nursing Quality

目的观察影像技术一体化管理在放射科护理中的作用及对护理质量的影响。方法随机抽取本院放射科2023年1月1日—2023年11月20日接受检查的460例患者为研究对象,按照影像学检查护理中是否实施影像技术一体化管理模式均分为对照组(230例,常规管理)与实验组(230例,影像技术一体化管理),比较两组患者管理效果。结果实验组患者影像学检查准备时间、检查等待时间、平均检查时间均比对照组耗时短(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率以及重复影像检查率均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者对放射科护理管理满意度评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论放射科护理中影像技术一体化管理的实施可显著提升护理质量,缩短患者检查准备时间、等待时间、检查时间,提升影像检查安全性,减少不良反应,降低重复检查发生率,有利于增进护患之间的理解,进而提高患者对放射科护理管理满意度。

Objective To observe effect of integrated management of imaging technology in radiology nursing and its effect on nursing quality.Methods The paper chose 460 patients with examinations in radiology department of our hospital from January 1,2023 to November 20,2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group(230 cases,treated with routine management)and experimental group(230 cases,with integrated management of imaging technology)randomly according application of integrated management mode of imaging technology during imaging examination nursing.Management effect was compared between two groups.Results Experimental group had shorter preparation time,waiting time,and average examination time for imaging examinations than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions and repetitive rate of imaging examinations in experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of experimental group with radiation nursing management was higher than control group,data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated management of imaging technology can significantly improve nursing quality,shorten preparation time,waiting time,and examination time of patients during radiology nursing,enhance examination safety,reduce adverse reactions and incidence of repeated examinations,which can help enhance understanding between nurses and patients,and improve satisfaction degree of patients with radiology nursing management.
