基于症状管理动态模型理论的医护协同管理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Medical and Nursing Collaborative Management Based on Symptom Management Dynamic Model Theory for Elderly Patients with Hip Replacement Surgery

目的探讨基于症状管理动态模型理论的医护协同管理对髋关节置换术老年患者的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年5月本院收治的髋关节置换术患者166例为研究对象,并按照抛硬币法分为对照组和研究组,每组83例。其中,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于症状管理动态模型理论的医护协同管理。比较两种护理模式康复效果的差异。结果与对照组相比,在术后初次下床活动及住院时间方面,研究组用时更短(P<0.05);在Barthel指数、Harris评分及ADL评分方面,组内治疗前后比较差异显著,同时研究组治疗后各评分数据皆较对照组高(P<0.05);于VAS、TSK-11评分上,经治疗,不同组别病人评分皆见降低,同时研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05);通过评价独立功能评分和康复锻炼依从性发现,研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05);对照组、研究组的不良反应总体发生率分别为18.07%(15/83)、3.61%(3/83),相较而言研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论基于症状管理动态模型理论的医护协同管理可有效改善老年髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore effect of medical and nursing collaborative management based on symptom management dynamic model theory for elderly patients with hip replacement surgery.Methods The paper chose 166 patients from January 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups with coin method.Control group(83 cases)was treated with routine nursing,and study group(83 cases)with medical and nursing collaborative management based on theory of symptom management dynamic model.Difference in rehabilitation effect between two nursing modes was compared.Results Study group had shorter duration of first out of bed activity and length of stay than control group(P<0.05).Barthel index,Harris scores and ADL scores showed significant difference between before and after treatment within the group,study group had higher scores than control group after treatment(P<0.05).VAS and TSK-11 scores in different groups showed decrease after treatment,and study group had lower scores than control group,(P<0.05).Evaluatiion showed,independent functional scores and rehabilitation exercise compliance in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Overall incidence rates of adverse reactions in control group and study group were 18.07%(15/83)and 3.61%(3/83)respectively,with lower data value in study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on theory of symptom management dynamic model,medical and nursing collaborative management can improve hip joint function and reduce incidence of adverse reactions of elderly patients with hip replacement surgery effectively.
