摘要
目的探讨肠内营养过渡期饮食干预方案在神经外科危重症患者中的应用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月本院神经外科收治并予以肠内营养支持治疗的危重症患者84例为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。其中,对照组采用常规饮食指导,观察组则实施肠内营养过渡期饮食干预方案。观察并比较两组腹胀的发生情况;比较两组患者饮食量不达标的发生情况。结果观察组患者采用肠内营养过渡期饮食干预方案后,过渡期第1d、第2d、第3d的腹胀评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组饮食量不达标率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科危重症患者实施肠内营养过渡期饮食干预方案,可有效提高患者自肠内营养至经口进食过渡期的饮食量达标率,有助于预防并减少腹胀等并发症的发生。
Objective To explore application of transitional diet intervention scheme of enteral nutrition for critically ill patients in neurosurgery department.Methods The paper chose 84 critically ill patients in neurosurgery department of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023,treated with enteral nutrition support,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group(42 cases)was treated with routine dietary guidance,while observation group(42 cases)with transitional dietary intervention of enteral nutrition.Incidence of abdominal distension was observed and compared between two groups.Incidence of inadequate dietary intake was compared between two groups.Results After transitional diet intervention scheme of enteral nutrition,abdominal distension scores of observation group on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd day of transitional period were significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Substandard dietary intake rate in observation group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Transitional dietary intervention scheme of enteral nutrition can improve rate of meeting dietary standards of of critically ill patients in neurosurgery department during transition period from enteral nutrition to oral feeding effectively,prevent and reduce incidence of complications including bloating.
