安顺市石雕从业者尘肺合并肺结核潜伏感染的现状研究

Current Situation Research of Pneumoconiosis Combined with Latent Infection of Pulmonary Tuberculosis of"Stone Carving Practitioners"in Anshun City

目的分析安顺市石雕从业者尘肺合并肺结核潜伏感染的现状及影响因素。方法选取2020年6月—2023年6月于本院就诊的石雕从业者146例作为研究对象,所有患者均进行结核感染T细胞检测(QFT),依据检测结果将其分为阳性组和阴性组,比较两组患者一般资料,并通过Logisitic多因素分析法分析石雕从业者尘肺合并肺结核潜伏感染的影响因素。结果146例尘肺患者中,有6例阳性患者,占4.11%,纳入阳性组;其余140例均为阴性,纳入阴性组。阳性组患者中,吸烟占比明显高于阴性组,营养膳食不均衡占比也高于阴性组(P<0.05);Logisitic多因素分析结果显示,吸烟频率≥10支/d、营养膳食不均衡均是尘肺患者QFT阳性的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论安顺市石雕从业者结核潜伏感染发病率高,应当定期地进行体检和黄曲霉毒素(AFT)检查,并降低吸烟量,保障营养均衡。

Objective To analyze current situation and influencing factors of pneumoconiosis combined with latent infection of pulmonary tuberculosis of"stone carving practitioners"in Anshun City.Methods The paper chose 146"stone carving practitioners"in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 as research subjects,treated with QFT testing,and divided them into positive group and negative group according to test results.General information was compared between two groups,influencing factors of pneumoconiosis combined with latent pulmonary tuberculosis infection of"stone carving practitioners"were analyzed with logistic multiple factor analysis.Results Among 146 cases with pneumoconiosis,6 cases(4.11%)were positive for QFT testing,included in positive group,and 140 cases were negative and included in negative group.Proportion of smoking in QFT positive group was significantly higher than negative group,proportion of imbalanced nutrition and diet was higher than negative group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed,smoking frequency≥10 cigarettes/day and imbalanced nutrition and diet were risk factors for QFT positivity of pneumoconiosis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of latent infection of tuberculosis of"stone carving practitioners"in Anshun is high.Regular physical examination and AFT examination should be carried out to reduce smoking and ensure balanced nutrition.
