关节镜下完全修复术治疗巨大肩袖撕裂伤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Arthroscopic Complete Repair Surgery for Massive Rotator Cuff Tears

目的观察关节镜下完全修复术治疗巨大肩袖撕裂伤的临床效果。方法选取本院2022年7月—2023年7月收治的68例巨大肩袖撕裂伤患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组在关节镜下行清创减压术,观察组在关节镜下行完全修复术,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组手术指标优于对照组,术后恢复运动时间短于对照组;肩关节活动度高于对照组;肩关节功能高于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对巨大肩袖撕裂伤患者采取关节镜下完全修复术,能够提升患者肩关节功能,缩短术后恢复时间,可推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect of arthroscopic complete repair surgery for massive rotator cuff tears.Methods The paper chose 68 patients in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group,including control group(treated with arthroscopic debridement and decompression surgery)and observation group(with arthroscopic complete repair surgery).Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Surgical indicators and postoperative recovery time of observation group were lower than control group.Motion range of shoulder joint was higher than control group.Shoulder joint function was higher than control group,pain degree was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Study suggests,arthroscopic complete repair surgery can improve shoulder joint function,shorten postoperative recovery time of patients with massive rotator cuff tears,which can be promoted.
