加味枳实消痞汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Modified Citrus Aurantium Disintegrating Masses Decoction Combined with Mosapride in Treatment of Diabetes Gastroparesis

目的探讨加味枳实消痞汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月本院收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者50例为研究对象,采用双盲抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。前者单纯实施莫沙必利治疗,后者则在前者的治疗基础上加用加味枳实消痞汤,观察并对比两组患者治疗前后的胃肠激素变化情况以及临床总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者胃肠激素各项指标相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组胃动素、胃泌素显著低于对照组,生长抑素显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率显著较高(P<0.05)。结论与单纯莫沙必利治疗相比,联合应用加味枳实消痞汤具有辅助调节胃肠功能的作用,可以提高疗效,改善患者的症状和提高生活质量。

Objective To explore clinical effect of modified citrus aurantium disintegrating masses decoction combined with mosapride in treatment of diabetes gastroparesis.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with diabetes gastroparesis in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023,and randomly divided them into 25 cases of control group and 25 cases of observation group by digital randomization.The former was treated with mosapride only,while the latter with modified citrus aurantium disintegrating masses decoction on the basis of the former.Changes in gastrointestinal hormones and overall clinical effect before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,comparison of changes in various indicators of gastrointestinal hormones between two groups showed(P>0.05).After treatment,observation group had significantly lower levels of motilin and gastrin than control group,significantly higher levels of somatostatin than control group,(P<0.05).Clinical total effective rate(96.00%)in observation group was significantly higher than(68.00%)in control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple treatment of mosapride,the combined citrus aurantium disintegrating masses decoction can achive effect of regulating gastrointestinal function,improving effect,symptoms and life quality of patients.
