摘要
目的分析针灸推拿专业学生临床实习带教中应用基于岗位胜任力的教学管理模式的教学价值。方法选取2022年8月—2023年5月于本院针灸科进行实习的针灸推拿专业学生,共60例,基于学生意愿将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施常规带教模式,观察组实施基于岗位胜任力的教学管理模式,于教学两个月后测定两组学生的学习成果。结果带教后,观察组的专业知识、病例分析、诊疗思维评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生的四诊思辨、体格检查、病例书写、手法操作评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在针灸推拿专业的临床带教中,应用基于岗位胜任力的教学管理模式可显著提升学生的职业能力和学习效果,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze teaching value of teaching management model based on"post competency"in clinical practice teaching of students with acupuncture and moxibustion and massage major.Methods The paper chose 60 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion and massage in acupuncture and moxibustion department from August 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into groups based on willingness of students.30 interns in control group were treated with routine teaching mode,and 30 interns in observation group with teaching management mode of"post competency".Learning achievements were measured between two groups two months after teaching.Results After teaching,professional knowledge,case analysis and diagnosis and treatment thinking scores of observation group interns were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,observation group interns had higher scores in four diagnostic reasoning,physical examination,case writing and manual operation than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage major,teaching management model based on post competency can improve professional ability and enhance learning achievements of students significantly,which has important application value.
