肿瘤虚拟数字切片在病理实验教学中应用的可行性

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤虚拟数字切片在病理实验教学中应用的可行性。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月在本院病理实验科学习的医学生40名为研究对象,并随机(1:1原则)地将其分对照组、观察组。对照组采用常规授课模式(玻璃切片),观察组引入肿瘤虚拟数字切片进行授课,对比两组医学生的考核成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度等。结果教学前,两组考核成绩无显著差异(P>0.05);教学后,观察组考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组继续此教学模式的意愿和教学满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论病理实验教学过程中应用肿瘤虚拟数字切片,能提升学生在整个学习过程中的主动性和兴趣,有助于培养学生将临床、理论、科研三者相结合的能力和自主学习能力,进而提升教学质量。 Objective To explore feasibility of virtual digital slices of tumors in pathological experimental teaching.Methods The paper chose 40 medical students with pathology experimental teaching in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly(with 1:1 principle).Control group was treated with routine teaching mode(glass slice),while observation group with teaching through virtual digital slices of tumors.Assessment scores,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results Before teaching,there was little difference in data between groups(P>0.05).After teaching,assessment scores in observation group were higher than control group,(P<0.05).Observation group scored higher in self-directed learning ability after teaching than control group(P<0.05).Willingness to continue teaching mode and satisfaction degree with teaching in Observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual digital slices of tumors can enhance initiative and interest of medical students during entire learning process of pathological experimental teaching,cultivate ability to combine with clinical,theoretical and scientific research,enhance self-learning ability and improve quality of teaching.
