摘要
目的分析门诊服务中心开展一站式服务的效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年4月本院收治的90例门诊患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。针对观察组患者,门诊服务中心开展一站式服务;针对对照组患者,门诊服务中心采用常规管理;对两组患者平均就诊时间、平均缴费时间及患者满意率、投诉率进行对比分析。结果观察组平均就诊时间、平均缴费时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),投诉率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊服务中心开展一站式服务具有良好的应用效果,能有效缩短患者平均就诊时间、平均缴费时间,降低投诉率,提高患者的满意率。
Objective To analyze effect of one-stop services in outpatient service center.Methods The paper chose 90 outpatient patients in our hospital from February 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 45 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with one-stop services in outpatient service center,while control group with routine management.Average visit time,average payment time,satisfaction degree and complaint rate was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Average treatment time and payment time of observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05),satisfaction degree was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),complaint rate was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-stop service in outpatient service center can achieve good application effect,shorten average treatment time and payment time of patients effectively,reduce complaint rate and improve satisfaction degree of patients.
