摘要
目的观察优质护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年5月本院收治的新生黄疸患儿100例为研究对象,采用动态随机化法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采取基础护理干预,观察组采取优质护理干预;对两组临床指标及并发症进行对比。结果与对照组相比,观察组24h排便次数更多,退黄时间更短,总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素水平更低(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果显著,利于患儿恢复,值得推广。
Objective To observe effect of high-quality nursing intervention on neonatal jaundice.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with neonatal jaundice from June 2021 to May 2023,with dynamic randomization,divided them into control group of 50 cases,treated with basic nursing intervention,and observation group of 50 cases,with high-quality nursing intervention.Clinical indicators and complications were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had more bowel movements within 24 hours,shorter time for jaundice,and lower total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention has played significant role during nursing of neonatal jaundice,can accelerate recovery of patients,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
