健康教育干预在2型糖尿病综合治疗中的价值

Value Analysis of Health Education Intervention in Comprehensive Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的探究健康教育干预在2型糖尿病综合治疗中的价值。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月前往本院就诊的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并将其分为传统组(40人)与干预组(40人)。传统组行临床常规护理干预,干预组行健康教育护理干预,比较两组患者的健康教育效果、血糖、血脂指标及生活质量改善效果。结果相较于传统组,干预组患者健康教育效果明显更优,血糖、血脂及生活质量指标改善效果更为理想(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者综合治疗中,实施健康教育干预,可使患者对疾病知识有更全面的了解,进而有效提升患者治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,有利于改善其生活质量和加强临床护理效果。

Objective To carry on health education intervention and explore its clinical application value in comprehensive treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,and improve cognitive ability for disease knowledge and ensure treatment compliance of patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 as research objects,being fully informed of content of experimental study.Patients were guided to participate in traditional group(40 cases)and intervention group(40 cases)independently,Patients were guided to participate in traditional group(40 cases)and intervention group(40 cases)independently,treated with clinical routine nursing intervention and health education nursing intervention respectively.Effect of health education,blood glucose,blood lipid indicators and life quality improvement were compared between two groups with different nursing interventions during comprehensive treatment.Results Health education effect of intervention group was significantly better than traditional group,improvement effect of blood glucose,blood lipids and life quality indicators was more ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion During comprehensive treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,health education intervention can help patients understand disease knowledge comprehensively,improve treatment compliance effectively with fewer complications,which can help improve life quality with significant clinical nursing effect,promote good development of nurse patient relationship and improve service quality of medical industry.
