摘要
目的探讨可视化教育结合一对一助产士陪护在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月于江西省妇幼保健院分娩的50例初产妇为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组接受常规分娩护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受助产士一对一陪护,并于分娩过程中实施可视化教育。对比分析两组产程时间、妊娠结果以及产妇满意度情况。结果观察组总产程、第一产程、第二产程时间均短于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分优于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,总满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组第三产程时间、新生儿体质量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可视化教育结合一对一助产士陪护模式能够缩短产程时间,改善妊娠结果,可行性强,值得推广。
Objective To explore application effect of visual education combined with one-to-one midwife accompaniment for delivery of primipara.Methods The paper chose 50 primipara delivered in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into observation group of 25 cases and control group of 25 cases with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine delivery nursing,while observation group with one-on-one midwife accompaniment,and visual education during delivery process.on the basis of control group.Duration of labor,pregnancy outcomes and maternal satisfaction degree was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Total duration of labor,first and second stage of labor in observation group was shorter than control group.The Apgar scores of newborns were higher than control group,amount of postpartum bleeding was less than control group.Overall satisfaction degree was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the third stage of labor time and neonatal body mass between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of visual education and one-to-one midwife accompaniment mode can shorten labor process time and improve pregnancy outcomes,which is highly feasible and worthy of promotion.
