煤矿机电装备通信接口协议监测软件开发与应用

摘要 在数字矿山建设过程中,神东公司各矿井下现存机电设备存在通信接口及协议标准不统一、且不同协议检测工作量大、检测用时长以及检测效率低等问题。针对上述问题,神东公司开发了一套能够自动检测机电设备通信接口协议的检测软件,以提高检测效率,达到机电设备通信协议检测标准。结果表明:该检测软件能够自动检测机电设备通信接口协议并且检测时间短、检测效率高,很好地解决神东公司各矿井下机电设备的通信问题,符合数字化矿山建设的要求。 In the process of constructing digital mines,the existing mechanical and electrical equipment in each mine of Shendong Company has problems such as inconsistent communication interfaces and protocol standards,large testing workload for different protocols,long testing time,and low testing efficiency.In response to the above issues,Shendong Company has developed a detection software that can automatically detect the communication interface protocol of electromechanical equipment to improve detection efficiency and meet the communication protocol detection standards of electromechanical equipment.The results showed that the detection software could automatically detect the communication interface protocol of electromechanical equipment with short detection time and high detection efficiency,effectively solving the communication problems of electromechanical equipment in various mines of Shendong Company,and meeting the requirements of digital mining construction.
