摘要
使用自制催化剂,配合Donor-P,应用卧式搅拌床反应器的生产工艺,开发了含有原位生成的高乙丙橡胶相的热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)产品。通过反应器内气相组分控制、生产负荷调整,确保生产过程平稳,得到两个目标产品,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等与对标产品进行了对比分析。结果表明:自制催化剂可以实现目标产物生产,产品满足指标要求,但与对标产品存在较大差异。
A thermoplastic polyolefin(TPO)product containing in-situ generated high ethylene propylene rubber phase was developed using a self-made catalyst combined with Donor-P and a production process using a horizontal stirred bed reactor.Through the control of gas components in the reactor,production load adjustment,the production process was stable,and two target products were obtained.The products were compared with the standard products by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that self-made catalysts can achieve the production of target products,but there are significant differences from the benchmark products.
