摘要
综述了零维(0D)、一维(1D)、二维(2D)和三维(3D)碳纳米材料的微观结构特点以及制备方法,介绍了其优异的光、电、热、力学和化学稳定等物理化学性能,总结了不同维度的碳纳米材料在能源转换、生物医药、传感器、超级电容器、复合材料等领域的应用,并结合近几年的最新研究,对碳纳米材料未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The microstructure characteristics and preparation methods of zero-dimensional(0D),one-dimensional(1D),two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)carbon nanomaterials were reviewed,and their excellent physical and chemical properties such as optical,electrical,thermal,mechanical,and chemical stability were introduced.The applications of different dimensions of carbon nanomaterials in energy conversion,biomedicine,sensors,supercapacitors,composite materials and other fields were summarized,and the future development trend of carbon nanomaterials was prospected in combination with the latest research in recent years.
