增塑聚氯乙烯阻燃抑烟研究进展

摘要 介绍了聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热降解和阻燃抑烟机理,综述了近年来增塑PVC的阻燃抑烟研究进展,重点介绍了阻燃型增塑剂、锑化合物、金属氢氧化物、无机金属盐等对增塑PVC阻燃抑烟性能的影响,展望了增塑PVC阻燃抑烟的发展趋势。 The thermal degradation of PVC and the mechanism of flame retardancy and smoke suppression of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)was introduced.The research progress of flame retardancy and smoke suppression of plasticized PVC in recent years was reviewed.The effects of flame retardant plasticizers,antimony compounds,metal hydroxides and inorganic metal salts on the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of plasticized PVC were mainly introduced.And the development trend of flame retardant and smoke suppression of plasticized PVC was also prospected.
