老年人静脉采血中常见的问题及采取的护理对策分析

Analysis of Common Problems and Nursing Strategies for Elderly with Venous Blood Collection

目的分析老年人静脉采血中常见的问题及采取的护理对策。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院收治的80例老年人静脉采血患者为研究对象,以电脑随机法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)两组,分别给予常规的护理及针对性的护理,并对比护理效果。结果观察组对静脉采血的依从性较对照组高,并发症发生率较对照组低,护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在老年人静脉采血中予以针对性的护理对策,可提高患者的采血依从性、护理满意度,降低采血后的并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze common problems and nursing strategies for the elderly with venous blood collection.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with venous blood collection in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)randomly with computer randomization,and was treated with routine and targeted care respectively.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher compliance with venous blood collection,lower incidence of complications,and higher satisfaction degree with nursing than control group.Above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing strategies can improve compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of elderly with venous blood collection,and reduce incidence of complications after blood collection.
